Exploring complex systems with random matrix theory
Graduate School of Science
The main goal of my research is to analyze the structure of large, complex data and systems using the random matrix theory to uncover the universal laws behind them. This mathematical theory is applied in fields such as statistics and quantum information theory and plays an important role in various areas of society, such as analyzing financial markets and evaluating the performance of wireless communication systems. As society becomes more complex due to the exponential growth of information, advanced data analysis methods will be even more necessary. By exploring the potential of random matrix theory as a powerful tool for processing and utilizing information more efficiently, I aim to contribute to solving economic and social problems.
